Policies
Registration
Project selection is required at the time of booking on our Booking platform. Please be sure to double check your spelling and information to ensure your correct booking. Gift cards are valid for classes at participating studios where gift cards were purchased . Once a gift card is used to register for a class it no longer carries a value.
Unregistered Guests
Every participant in a Crushed Glass Art Studio class must be registered with a project of their own in order to follow along with the steps of instruction. During the checkout process, they are required to read and acknowledge our policies. Seats are not set aside for unregistered guests or observers. Anyone not registered with an individual project will be asked to leave or, if a seat and project materials are available, they can register and pay for the workshop prior to the beginning of instruction.
Class Cancellation Policy
Due to the custom nature of our studio, registration fees are non-refundable. Registration cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance will receive a refund minus a $15.00 processing fee.
Private Party Cancellation Policy
A full payment is due when booking your private party.
Virtual Workshop Policy
Due to the nature and scheduling of virtual workshops, credits will not be given for missing the live virtual instruction component of the event. Any no-shows, late entrants, or cancellations will be responsible for creating their project, on their own time, using the provided project instructions.
Class Project Change Request
If you wish to change your class selection after registration, please contact the studio where you booked your class at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled session. While we cannot guarantee same-day changes, we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Age Restriction
Due to the tools used, infants and children under the age of 6 are not permitted in any of our Studios while Classes are being held. Please contact your local Studio before booking if you may be affected. If a participant brings an infant or child, they will be asked to rebook for a different class when they can attend ‘child’ free and enjoy the educational experience fully.
Sales Tax and Credit Card Surcharges Policy
Please be advised that all product prices are exclusive of sales tax and any applicable credit card surcharges. Sales tax will be added to the total amount at the applicable rate based on your location. Additionally, a credit card surcharge may apply to payments made via credit card. These charges will be clearly displayed before completing your purchase.

Safety Waiver
I understand that I will use and/or be exposed to sharp Glass, paint, resin, scissors, Tile Nippers, heatguns, glue guns, 99% alcohol, Mica pigment powder and various types of powders during Crushed Glass Art Studio classes, I agree to be responsible for any damages to Crushed Glass Art Studio tools, equipment or facilities, to the extent and in the percentage I cause such damages.
I recognize there may be certain inherent risks in participating in Crushed Glass Art Studio Classes and workshops. I agree to take precautions and observe all Crushed Glass Art Studio policies, recommendations, directions, rules and warnings; whether provided orally or in writing. I assume full responsibility for personal injury to myself and my personal belongings. I also understand that an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present.
I further agree to release and discharge Crushed Glass Art Studio for any illness, injury, loss or damage that may arise out of my participation in Crushed Glass Art Studio classes and workshops or my presence in Crushed Glass Art Studio facilities whether caused by me, Crushed Glass Art Studio or any third party.
I agree to indemnify and defend Crushed Glass Art Studio against all claims, causes of action, damages, judgments, costs or expenses including reasonable attorney’s fees and other litigation costs which may in any way arise from my participation in Crushed Glass Art Studio workshops or my presence in Crushed Glass Art Studio facilities.
We love sharing both photos and videos of participants’ experiences during the classes and workshops and the beautiful work you create at our workshops through our social, digital, and print advertisements! If you prefer not to share your photo or video, please opt out of the picture-taking during the workshop. I also consent to the use of any photos or videos of our designs or studio workshop experiences that may have been tagged on our social media pages or have used the #crushedglasspcb. Please do not share the photo or tag us if you prefer to keep the image private.

We reserve the right to modify these terms from time to time at our sole discretion. Therefore, you should review these pages periodically. When we change the Terms in a material manner, we will notify you that material changes have been made to the Terms. Your continued use of the Website or our service after any such change constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to any of these terms or any future version of the Terms, do not use or access (or continue to access) the website or the service.
Promotional emails and content
You agree to receive from time to time promotional messages and materials from us, by mail, email or any other contact form you may provide us with (including your phone number for calls or text messages). If you don't want to receive such promotional materials or notices – please just notify us at any time.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Crushed glass art studio PCB Llc.harmless from any demands, loss, liability, claims or expenses (including attorneys’ fees), made against them by any third party due to, or arising out of, or in connection with your use of the website or any of the services offered on the website.
Right to suspend or cancel user account
We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend your access to the service without notice and liability for any reason, including if in our sole determination you violate any provision of these Terms or any applicable law or regulations. You may discontinue use and request to cancel your account and/or any services at any time. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in the foregoing, with respect to automatically-renewed subscriptions to paid services, such subscriptions will be discontinued only upon the expiration of the respective period for which you have already made payment
Ownership of intellectual property, copyrights and logos
You recognize and agree that by uploading any content (including, but not limited to designs, images, animations, videos, audio files, fonts, logos, illustrations, compositions, artworks, interfaces, text and literary works) through any means to the website, you confirm that you own all the relevant rights or received the appropriate license to upload/transfer/send the content. You agree and consent that the uploaded/transferred content may be publicly displayed at the website.
Warranties & responsibility for services and products
No Warranty
We do not provide any warranty on our products. There are no guarantees regarding the repair, replacement, or refund of any product. All products are sold as-is, and any claims for defects or issues will not be addressed by us. We encourage customers to thoroughly inspect products before purchasing to ensure they meet their expectations.
Please note that most types of resin will eventually yellow over time, especially when exposed to direct sunlight or UV light. This is the primary cause of discoloration, as UV radiation breaks down the polymer chains in the resin, leading to a yellowing effect. This change is a natural process and is not covered under any warranty.
Retention of right to change offering
We may, without prior notice, change the services; stop providing the services or any features of the services we offer; or create limits for the services. We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend access to the services without notice and liability for any reason, or for no reason.
Key commercial Terms offered to customers
The prices we charge for using our services / for our products are listed on the website. We reserve the right to change our prices for products displayed at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. Additional information about pricing and sales tax is available on the payments page.
